Help Guide

1. upload the picture that you want to be effected
2. get the HTML code and copy it
3. go on to controls and click HTML
4. paste it into the HTML box
5. right click on the picture
6. then go to properties and highlight and copy the URL address
7. then go back onto the HTML box and where it says URL HERE..delete them words and paste the URL address
8. then it should be done
